Karma is a spiritual belief that is all about cause and effect. The thinking is that if you put good into the world, good comes back to you. Be kind!. Karma moves in two directions. If we act virtuously, the seed we plant will result in happiness. If we act non-virtuously, suffering results. Life is a boomerang what you give you get.
